FlexiWrap – Flexible Noise Barrier FlexiWrap by FlexiCell is a flexible acoustic barrier developed as a new generation, high performance product. Made of convoluted PU open cell foam bonded to a flexible mass loaded vinyl (MLV) acoustic barrier covered with aluminium foil. It successfully delivers high performance and reduces unwanted noise to achieve acoustic comfort. The FlexiWrap products are a universal solution for various acoustic applications such as drain, service and wastewater pipes, vehicle and automotive industries, machinery and construction industries providing a high acoustic performance, durability, flexibility, hygienic properties and long technical life.

AeroSound SL+ Acoustic Lagging
The product is made utilising semi-open cell elastomeric foam enclosed with solid high mass rubber. The product has excellent sound absorbing performance levels generated from various sources and it can be utilised as a single product or along with other FlexiCell products. The existing partition can be covered with an additional layer or it can be used as it is for excellent sound barrier properties. AeroSound SL+ provides acoustic comfort as well as thermal insulation when required at the same time in a large number of applications.

AeroSound SLM – Acoustic Lagging
The material consumed in the production of AeroSound SLM comprises of convoluted PU open cell foam that is bonded to a flexible mass loaded vinyl (MLV) acoustic barrier along with pure aluminium foil. AeroSound SLM is supplied considering large number of applications and satisfy market requirements. The product can be applied to cover waste water or drainage pipes, garbage pipes, all kinds of partitions including walls, ventilation fan covering, compressor units covering, engine compartments, air duct sound insulation (outer surface).

APPLICATIONS:
As a result of the effectiveness as a noise barrier, the product is suitable for every application where UV resistance is required. Strong reinforced fabric result in excellent mechanical strength. Product is appropriate for outdoor pipelines and enclosures. It can be applied in mass transportation and automotive industry when separating parts that are vibrating in order to achieve good results.
