FlexiCell XLPE Polyolefin
N Clad

The FlexiCell XLPE Polyolefin N Clad range is comprised of sheets, rolls, tubes and tapes. This range features a chemically closed cell cross-linked polyolefin insulation foam coated with a durable foil facing, which is recommended for external applications. Designed to withstand the elements of the harsh Australian climate, this range serves as an alternative to traditional cladding materials including aluminium, zinc plated sheet or stainless-steel sheet facings in pipe and duct applications.

The foam has exceptional properties in terms of condensation control, long term thermal block and sound absorption properties along with chemical and mechanical resistance. The flexible closed cell foam helps prevent impact damage to the outer layer by absorbing the impact. FlexiCell N Clad sheets, rolls, tubes and tapes have a very good dimensional stability, showing a “memory effect” (they tend to come to their original shape after being compressed).
